Personal Projects

Greetings to you all,

I finally have had a little time to finish up some personal projects for my reenactment hobby. I constructed a small pay-chest and a camp table for multi-period use. I still need to stain the table, but I am very satisfied with the outcome of both. More projects to finish in the shop. At your service.

War Chest

Greetings and Salutations,

Here is a personal project I finished. I built myself a camp chest for my reenactment fun. Hand forged lock hasps and handles. It is a basic style that can be utilized for many different eras, which works out well. I have too many periods of history that I enjoy reenacting. At your service.

Sculpture Presentation

Greetings,

My apologies for being away for so long, but I have been busy getting my Sculpture Presentation ready for a final evaluation and preparing for summer internship with the Contemporary American Theater Festival. I still have many orders to fill for reproduction banknotes and I also have some personal reenactment projects to finish. This summer is going to be quite productive.  Stay tuned for some new cool photos.

New Creation in the Works

Greetings,

Here are some photos of my new project. It is an inspiration from one of my favorite books, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. This is just the armeture and I still need to do TONS of texturing work to complete it. More photos when it is complete.
 At your service.

Whirl Wind Journey

Greatings to All,

Finally a chance for an update. Here are pictures of my sculpture piece that was exhibited at the Honors Show at Shepherd University. First time entering an Art Exhibition Show, I was very pleased.
OK a whirlwind journey I have been on in the last month or so. Starting with a 10 day trip to Amsterdam and Paris to study art and then home to have sculpture pieces ready for an exhibition. On top of all that getting projects completed as the end of the semester is coming fast and final examines and final art critics are looming. But the pressure is good and makes me come up with unique ideas ( however crack pot they may be ).
I would like to say thank you to all of you that come to view my work and I apologize for not having more pictures. I am guilty of not taking pictures of my work and lately my girlfriend has been hammering me for more photos for both resume use and to provide you all with a better understanding of my imagination.
Another important note ( I am not sure I have mentioned this or not ) I have been accepted as a Prop Intern for the Contemporary American Theater Festival in Shepherdstown, WV. Here is there site:

A wonderful organization that I have worked with before and hope to work with again next year. I have another piece finished and need to get photos and I am working on another piece which I will have some photos soon. Hopefully I will have some free time for myself to create more cool prop stuff.
At your service.

Hobbit Map

Greetings,

I found a picture of the The Hobbit map I made for my own collection about 12 months ago. Tolkein being my most favorite author ever, I had to have one for my own to enjoy.

Well Good Morning All,

It seems a lifetime since I have posted anything and I offer my sincere apologies for that. I have been very busy getting creations finished and processing orders for my reproduction banknotes. I have a new Sculpture/Prop complete and I hope to have new pictures posted as soon as possible. Also, I have been informed to my delight, that I have been officially accepted once again as an Intern Prop Maker for this years Contemprary American Theater Festival,   http://catf.org/
If you have never had a chance to attend this amazing festival, please check it out. You will not be disappointed. Another note, I am off to Europe for 10 days 7 March through 17 March and so all orders requested during that time frame will not be filled until my return. My apologies my friends but Amsterdam and Paris are calling to me. Keep your imaginations free.
